Record lever arms and angular offsets

Keep coordinates, origins and sign conventions explicit

Lever arms record sensor positions relative to a stated origin and coordinate convention. C-O records angular corrections and their sign convention. Keep different systems and axis conventions separate; do not assume missing units or convert signs without an approved basis.

1. Open the intended logbook and choose Set up offset tables…. The window shows whether Lever arms / offsets and C-O / angular offsets already exist, with their entry counts.
2. Choose Open table for an existing section. To add missing sections, review the change note and choose Add missing tables. If both are present, nothing needs adding.
3. To record an offset, select its section and choose Add entry. Enter the sensor, convention, origin, axis labels, values and units.
4. To load historical Excel measurements, use Import workbook… or import a prepared .ajlogs package. That creates a new populated logbook; setting up tables alone does not copy measurements.
